In this class, will learn simple tips for maintaining good posture with ease throughout the day to avoid back and neck pain, reduce tension in the shoulders, and as a result, project a calm authority that isn’t forced.

In this class series you will learn simple tips to help you maintain good posture throughout the day and avoid back and neck pain and reduce shoulder tension. You’ll learn to project natural confidence.

Classes are relaxing! You will learn a new way to maintain good posture without feeling stiff.

Learn the basics for how to improve your posture and feel good while doing it!

  • Taking charge of your posture helps you to be more in command of your body language, breathing, and voice.

  • You’ll feel more centered and balance and become more effective when interacting with others.

  • We’ll also explore activities activities that influence your overall well-being:  sitting, standing, using a computer/phone, speaking, walking, talking, carrying a bag.
