New and experienced runners welcome! Working on your posture and form is a great way to start a running new practice!
I’m a certified Art of Running instructor. The Art of Running is a method for improving running form based on the Alexander Technique.
How it works:
I will provide you with a comprehensive, personalized analysis of your running with suggested drills and exercises to improve posture, joint mechanics, effeciency and breathing.
Your session includes video analysis.
For in person lessons, we’ll meet in a local Park (Jeanne Mance Park/Mt Royal in Montréal, Central Park or Prospect Park in NYC)
During online lessons, you will be guided through targeted exercises and movments that you can do in your home to help improve your running and drills to practice when you are running on your own based on what I observe during video analysis of your running.
Running and walking lessons are 60-minutes-long and include video analysis. We meet in Central Park or another location that is convient for you. Cost is $155 USD (or $435 for three sessions).
