Cost: $120 CAD per 60-minute session (discount packages of 5 sessions vailable for $525 CAD)
Payment: Cash, cheque, and e-transfer payments accepted.
Insurance Coverage: I am a member of L’Académie des Naturopathes et Naturothéapeutes du Canada, which means I can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company if you have private insurance that covers “naturopathy”. Inquire with your provider for details on coverage.
Home and workplace visits are available upon request and are 60-minutes-long Rates vary based on location.

How many sessions?
Typically, people take 5-10 sessions (one session weekly) to get a solid foundation. It depends on what your goals are, which we’ll discuss during the first session.
Who sessions are for:
Adults of any age (People often ask me if they are “too old”. I have never found this to be the case!)
I work with kids, usually 12+ If you are interested in sessions for your child, please contact me first.

Setting up your workspace
Walking with better posture and joint movement
Your posture and use of your body and voice while speaking (In conversation or while practicing giving a talk/presentation)

What happens in a session:
Guidance is both verbal and hands-on
People typically find the sessions energizing and relaxing.
During most sessions there is also about 15-minutes of relaxing table work.

Lessons are based on the principles of the Alexander Technique. You’ll be taught simple exercises to practice and will learn tools for how to be aware of your posture and movement thoughtout your day without having to stop what you’re doing.
What to wear:
Please wear either long pants or shorts as you will spend part of the session lying on a table.
Everyday clothes are fine so long as they don’t restrict movement.
You will be asked to remove your shoes.
Health & Safety precautions will correspond to the recommendations of local public health authorities at the time of the session. Additionally, you are welcome to wear a mask or to request that I wear one, even if not required.
Allergies: We have pets. Please let me know in advance if you are allergic to cats or dogs.
